Emoji Chef is a mobile application that provides recipe suggestions based on selected ingredients and user preferences. The App generates recipe recommendations using artificial intelligence and user-provided information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Emoji Chef and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
The recipes generated by the App are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recipe information. You are responsible for:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMOJI CHEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emoji Chef and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emoji Chef operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
